Greg Wissinger is our pastor and joined the Beaver Dam family in Fevruary 2009. Previously, he was a youth pastor at First Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, Indiana for over 15 years. He received his MDiv Degree from the Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky in 1993 with an emphasis on pastoral and teaching ministry. He also holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technilogy and in a previous life he worked as a mechanical engineer with the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington D.C. Greg enjoys camping and hiking the Blue Ridge mountains with his dog and enyone else who wishes to join him. Greg has been married to Dianna since 1989 and they have three children, Blair (20), Aaron (16) and Cara (14). Listen to his sermons here.
Jamie Wills
Jamie Wills grew up in Troy, VA and joined Beaver Dam Baptist Church at the age of 10. She earned both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Administration from Averett Univerity. She works full-time at the Darden School of Business as a Client Operations Manager in Executive Education. Prior to joining the Darden School, she served as a Health Promotion Specialist at Martha Jefferson Hospital and as the Jefferson Area Director for the American Heart Association. Jamie loves spending time with her family and her pets. Her passion for music began at the age of 7 when she started piano lessons. She has participated in many choirs, both as a singer and accompanist and traveled to China as a member of her high school’s show choir. In addition to playing the piano and organ, Jamie loves planning the worship music and working with the praise team and choir at Beaver Dam!
